We are looking for a nurse who is willing to visit a patient located in Merredin WA to administer this drug via IM injection.

  • Patients will receive monthly injections on an ongoing basis
  • The procedure is simple and quick and there will be minimal administration and travel required
  • This work is casual and extremely flexible and could be arranged at a time that is convenient for you

The Role

The Person
 
To be successful in this role you: 

  • Are passionate about improving patient care

  • Ideally have experience in project management
  • Experience leading teams will be viewed favourably

The Role and responsibilities:
 
Our client is a global pharmaceutical company which has recently set up operations in Australia with niche specialty products.
 
We are currently seeking an experienced office and field support coordinator to join this company as the company is in a growth phase.  Reporting into the marketing and sales project manager, this role is varied and the successful candidate will be an integral part of the team with responsibility for managing the office as well as supporting the small sales and marketing team and the field staff. We are seeking a passionate, professional, proactive and courteous person who will deliver a supportive service.
 
As an Office and Field Support Coordinator, your daily responsibilities will include but won’t be limited to the following tasks:

  • Answering telephones, screening, directing and transferring calls
  • All aspects of meeting management-including team meetings and events
  • Travel planning and booking
  • General office administration including filing, photocopying, scanning and office cleanliness
  • Management of corporate cards and expenses
  • Expense approvals for all staff using the internal online system
  • Schedule teleconferences and Webex sessions
  • Administration support for new employees
  • Managing and tracking of the reward and recognition spreadsheet and incentives
  • Working closely with the marketing and sales project manager
  • Generating PO’s and invoices
  • Data entry and management of the company portal  

 The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • An ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Experience in previous office management and or PA roles.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office (advanced level)
  • Confidence in dealing with a wide range of people
  • A positive and proactive attitude Professional and articulate phone manner
  • Previous experience working in the pharmaceutical industry while not essential would be highly regarded.

  • A proven track record of success in Specialist/ hospital sales
  • A highly motivated, energetic and results orientated individual with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Tertiary qualifications in Science and/or Business
  • An ability to build and leverage strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.

  • Start in January 2018 / Training in Sydney on 12th and 13th of December 2017

 We are currently seeking a proactive and highly motivated Registered Nurse to join a program for patients with a gastrointestinal disease.
 
In this exciting and diverse casual position you will: 

  • Attend one preliminary multidisciplinary meeting at the hospital
  • Visit patients in their home according to their care plan
  • Be responsible for the ongoing clinical monitoring of the patient
  • Provide education and nursing visit follow up
  • Be the point of contact for physicians and patients
  • Are willing to travel to regional areas (only occasionally)

During four weeks, the patient needs to be visited approx. 3x/week, the visit takes about 1 ½ hours. After four weeks, for about six months, the visits will be once or twice a month. After six months for up to 2 years, every 3 months.
 
To be considered for this position you: 

  • Are a Registered Nurse with at least 3 years post registration experience
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Enjoy working autonomously and can commit to the time commitments mentioned above
