These can be clearly determined and monitored by Ascott with individual performance management occurring at regular intervals. Sales are monitored each month of the contract. Other areas of importance such as contact rates on target customers, selling skills, company image and adherence to strategy can all be monitored.

Training

Ascott can direct the initial product and marketing training of the team as well as manage ongoing training sessions if these are required. Ascott can also assist with a training plan for others areas, such as medical or sales skills, if these are needed.

Communication lines

Ascott can manage team reporting in terms of marketing and activity. We will oversee the agreed objectives for the team as per our commitment to activity, sales and your return on investment.

Meetings

Internal team meetings including training can be directed and funded as costed out by Ascott. It is recommended to minimise the off road time leaving the team more time to maximise the contact rate against the target group.

Logistics

Ascott can be responsible for day-to-day team logistics and support in the way of tools of the trade, salary, expenses, meetings as well as training regarding any cultural sensitivities relating to your company, product or customers.

Expenses

It is recommended that representatives file any day-to-day or marketing expenses with Ascott. Tolls, stationary etc, (usual day-to-day expenses) are covered by Ascott.

Integration

It is to your advantage to integrate as many aspects of your company and activities as possible. To this end, Ascott will, where-ever possible, integrate any standard reporting, existing representatives and marketing campaigns.

Target Lists

Ascott can provide target lists for the team to call against. Over time the team can report back on the target group in terms of potential to drive the sales as you require.

Call reporting

Ascott can provide and coordinate call reporting to doctor level. Ascott will also provide regular activity reports on the team outlining general activity. Regular feedback will also be provided to the team.
